If you have an account with another stockbroker and you’re transferring CHESS-sponsored securities, the name/s you provide must exactly match
the name/s on your last Holding Statement. For joint accounts, the address details of Account Holder 1 will be the default address for CHESS
sponsorship and account correspondence. However, you can list more than one email address for confirmations.
We are required to verify your identity prior to opening your account. We verify your identity by conducting an electronic verification check.
If you do not wish us to conduct an electronic verification check, please exit from this online account opening process. You will need to print and
